The NHS expects that there will be an increase in the number of respiratory infections in babies and toddlers over the coming winter months. This is due to lower levels of immunity within communities, as a result of recent lockdowns.

St George’s Community Centre and HomeStart are working together to support parents to access support and information about respiratory illness to help them keep their children Happy and Healthy. To do this, they would like parents to complete this short questionnaire to find out what more they can do.

Thank you for taking the time to complete it. It should only take approximately six minutes to complete.
