Breastfeed Together peer support service

Having someone to provide a listening ear and some practical tips to help you along your breastfeeding journey can be really helpful.

Breastfeed Together is our breastfeeding peer support service.

We are a team of volunteer breastfeeding peer supporters based across the Bradford and Keighley areas. We provide parent-to-parent support with everyday, normal, breastfeeding situations, whatever the age of your baby.

We understand that everyone’s breastfeeding journey is unique and we would like to support you whether you are exclusively breastfeeding, mixed feeding, expressing or thinking about giving some breastmilk.

Whatever your feeding goals are, we are here to listen and provide evidenced based information, to enable you to make the decisions that are right for you.

You might see our friendly peer supporters in your Parent Education classes or on the postnatal ward in hospital. You can also come along to one of the Breastfeed Together support groups to chat to our peer supporters and other mothers. Groups are relaxed and informal and take place in the community and online.
